Romeo`s Pizza & Restaurant in West Palm Beach

Just had the delicious Deep dish pizza. Got it delivered which we never do and it came early and hot! Good job Romeo's.

Fairly new to Hilliard and had never tried Romeo's before. Ordered at 7:51 on a Friday night and had the food at my door in under a half hour! Definitely one of the better quality pizza places I've tried. Delivery driver was extremely friendly and she actually realized before we did that there was one small missing item and immediately ran back to the store and brought it right back still hot. We will definitely be returning customers!

The pizza & bread sticks are great

Best customer service I have ever gotten. My fiance and I do not live far away. We walked to get our pizza. I dropped my car key. The cust service rep went out of her way to deliver it to me. Sooooo amazing and I would recommend anyone to this Romeos. They care about you as a customer and should be acknowledged for that

Romeo's pizza has been my favorite pizza since moving down to Central Ohio from the east side of Cleveland. The sweet sauce and the sausage put it well above any of the other pizzas we have ordered in the past. Romeo's pizza is always good but tonight, I ordered an XL (didn't even know they had the XL) Romeo's Deluxe and a side of garlic bread with cheese. Absolutely outstanding!! I ordered well done as to not have it doughy and the crust was perfect! The toppings were very well distributed and ordering a couple sides of extra pizza sauce simply made it fantastic. I called and spoke with the Manager, Jason, and he said he happened to take care of it personally. Very well done, Jason. Other than getting Master Pizza up north, you will consistently have my business down here! Thank you very much!

This so called pizza was the worst thing to ever cross my taste buds. It was soggy, greasy, and totally not something I would feed my kids, let alone my live stock. It tasted like it fell on the floor of a whole in the wall bar. I also noticed a long black hair in my bread sticks and other numerous health code violations. This is not a place you want to purchase anything you plan on eating. Also it's over priced and the managers were terrible to deal with.

When I got my order, it was wrong (and cold). I had this happen only a couple of times over the years, with no issues getting a new one. The manager working tonight had such poor customer service. She told me they would not be able to deliver my pizza because they were so busy... I asked how they got my pizza wrong and are unwilling to bring me a correct one and she huffed before asking my address. I told her to forget it and I'll take the store credit since they were "so busy" it would probably be an hour and a half. She told me it would actually only be 40 minutes.... Then why were you too busy to bring it the first time? I love this store, but I was shocked at how I was treated tonight. I didn't catch her name but wish I would have. Christine (I think), who took my order initially, deserves a raise or Christmas bonus!**The pizza was NOT replaced. I received my money back.

I love the loaded crust pizzas.

We had a church event on Friday night. We had an order for over 20 pizzas with an national chain that was somehow accidentally cancelled by the restaurant. (Which we found out only when we called to see why the pizzas hadn't arrived yet). We were then told that it would be well over two hours before they could even start on our order again. So at the suggestion of someone who frequents them, we called Romeo's. Not only did they agree to take the order on what had to be an already busy Friday night, but they delivered it in less than 45 minutes. Moreover, the pizza was fantastic. If you like a quality hand tossed crust, this is your place. Perfectly baked and chewy with a great flavor. Delicious sauce. Quality cheese. Great toppings. This is my new pizza place for Hilliard.

I just picked up a pizza from 4 doordash terrible customer service so there for three to five minutes outside they were standing inside and then he opens the door and he says next time text first but I said why there's nobody here and you're just standing there and he says well on a Friday night you'll be waiting won't you wow terrible terrible customer service

Ordered a large pepperoni and 3 side salad. Was told delivery would be 45 minutes. Longer than usual but it was a weekend so said fine. Took 1 hour and 50 minutes to get delivery! I called 2 times. First call was told heading out next. 20 minutes later called told in car 15 minutes later for a 5 minute drive arrived. To top it off, pizza was COLD and the cheese was STUCK TO TOP OF BOX! Just be honest when someone orders.

Amazing pizza and very friendly staff

We are out of town, looking for a afterswim snack. It was a great choice! We got a large build your own, cheesy bread, and boneless wings! The perfect amount of food for fam of 4! Def will look for Romeo's again!

I love the pizza but they gave me a homemade batch of capone sauce and it's not the same at all. Not happy that they switched from the pre-packaged sauce. No more consistency. It's way too spicy compared to the real stuff....

It had cheese and pepperoni that is it for any positive comment. It was doughy and the cheese wasn't really melted. This almost $20.00 pizza was terrible. It definitely wasn't done. There was very little pepperoni and mushrooms on it. We used to like this place. We ended up throwing most of it away

Literally the best pizza in the world, no joke. My husband and I would religiously buy Romeo's every week! The Capone sauce is so good along with the shredded pepperoni breadsticks! Always order extra pizza sauce for dipping!! Unfortunately, we had to move away to Florida for his work and there is no Romeo's down here, just major chains-blah. The good thing is, he's on a 1 year contract so when we come back we will be ordering again! Nothing compares to Romeo's!!! We're huge pizza fanatics and even thought about asking if they could ship us a pizza!

Was my favorite place to get pizza. They will not take cash for delivery anymore and you must use your credit card. I have had several times with my CC info stolen and I don't like to use my card. But they stead fast on on no cash for delivery.

Good pizza. The employees were friendly. 30 min wait for take out pizza sseemed a bit long, and $55 for 3 large pizzas seemed a little high, but good pizza.

Romeo’s saves me last night from myself. I made a human error ordering on the app. Did not check the email until a half hour later and realized I ordered a crazy pizza I would never eat, my husband wasn’t a fan of it either. We just wanted a cheese pizza. I called and even though the delivery driver was on his way already they said we can credit your account or make you a new pizza. He said a new pizza would be 40 minutes it came in 15. Tipped the driver extra for coming back. We really appreciated that last night Romeo's!!! I was hangry and you saved my husband from having to deal with a hungry, grouchy wife . 🍕 🍕🍕🍕🍕😋

I ordered a pizza scheduled for 4pm through Doordash. My pizza arrived at 3:35pm COLD. I also sent a note to Doordash about this, but this is a big miss on Romeo's part too for making their pizza way too early. It was clearly made a LONG time ago and maybe sat under a weak warming lamp for a while. EW.

Used to love this place. They cut back on their delivery area and now I'll never order from there again If I'm going to drive to get Pizza, I'd rather support a mom and pop shop the same distance away. Disappointed.

We happen to be a household w 2 Westland HS kids....we got our pizzas delivered today around lunch time... Never had a Romeo's before...let me say this..we will be visiting / ordering from you again soon! Very good pizza! Love the sauce & the crust!! My go to is the buffalo chicken pizza. Good amount of chicken and sauce is really good. Plus the Capone sauce to dip it in is really good too. Also tried the breadstick with sausage on them. They were good.

We're originally from Chicago area, and this is good pizza! Romeo's is based near Cleveland so you can figure out why it reminds us of pizza we grew up eating...

Worst experience ever. I ordered my pizza and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. Show up 35 minutes later and was told the wait would be an additional 20 minutes. Waited 35 more minutes then was told that it would be an additional 20 plus minutes. So ridiculous. They could have called and told me not to come that they were backed up.

Best pizza and bread sticks hands down!Sometimes the pick-up can take an extra 5 to 10 minutes on a busy night, but no biggie. It is well worth it!I love to get their large pepperoni regular followed by their cheesy bread sticks! And their capone sauce is something else, never had anything like it, but it's amazing.Btw, before you order, make sure you look at their latest coupons and deals. They almost always have anything from $5 off $25, to 25% your entire order. If you become a regular customer, I would also recommend registering online and receiving points for your orders. That way you'll eventually get a free one :)

Tasty. Quality ingredients. But if you want lots of toppings, this isn't the place. Every topping is a flat fee of $2 regardless of the topping. Was loaded with onions, but I didn't even notice the bacon chunks till the end. Pesto was just a drizzle. Still $2.The capone sauce is bomb though.

This is quickly becoming one of my favorite pizzas. The Tuscan pepperoni is so delicious.

Nice change from the usual pizza places

Not my first review for Romeo's (get the Italiano) but I have to say...the young lady who took my order tonight was especially kind and patient. I had a pretty large order. She didn't rush me and was very helpful. You may get good pizza but not always good and friendly service and I appreciate that.

Capone sauce is the...ya know.

Cold pizza, 40 minutes late. Manager asked “sorry what do you expect me to do” extremely rude, will never order from here again.... and sad.... used to be my favorite pizza in Hilliard
